1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SharpSportsAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Information only — not gambling advice
SharpSportsAI provides information and entertainment only. Our AI-generated analyses, picks, confidence scores, and risk ratings are not gambling advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any outcome. We do not accept bets and we are not a sportsbook.
3. You are responsible for your bets
You alone are responsible for any betting or wagering decisions you make. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. Gambling involves risk and can be addictive. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, contact BeGambleAware.org, GamStop.co.uk, NCPGambling.org, or call 1-800-GAMBLER.
4. Eligibility & age requirement
You must be at least 21 years old in the United States or 18 years old in the United Kingdom (and of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You must also ensure that using the Service and any related betting activity is legal where you live. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.
5. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. One account per person.
6. Subscription & billing
Pro is billed monthly via Stripe at the price displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute analyses; (b) use the Service to break any law; (c) attempt to bypass free-tier limits; (d) interfere with the Service's operation.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (without limitation) breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, or use of the Service in violation of applicable gambling laws.
9. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that analyses will be accurate, complete, or profitable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpSportsAI is not liable for any losses (including betting losses), damages, or lost profits arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK users and the State of Delaware for US users, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
